Outbound Appointment Setter

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Appointment Setter to help us generate qualified demo bookings for our AI solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to business owners through various outbound channels and encourage them to schedule a demo with our team. You will not be responsible for closing sales—your goal is simply to book qualified appointments. Responsibilities: * Prospect and contact business owners through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. * Introduce our services in a professional and engaging manner. * Qualify prospects based on our criteria. * Schedule demo meetings with interested prospects. * Keep outreach activities organized in our CRM. * Meet weekly and monthly appointment booking targets. Requirements: * Experience with outbound lead generation or appointment setting. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong communication and persuasion skills. * Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Experience with tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, or similar platforms is a plus Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based position. There is no fixed hourly or monthly salary. You will earn between $1,000 and $1,500 USD for every successfully closed client that originates from an appointment you booked. There is no cap on earnings—the more qualified meetings you generate that convert into clients, the more you earn. This opportunity is ideal for experienced appointment setters who are confident in their outreach skills and want unlimited earning potential.
