Summary

B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for Automation Agency Verity Automations is looking for a confident and reliable outbound cold caller to connect with service-based business owners and book qualified appointments for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound phone calls to prospective businesses, introducing Verity, identifying potential needs, and scheduling interested prospects for a systems audit with our team. Responsibilities * Make outbound B2B cold calls using leads provided by Verity * Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers * Follow a provided call script while keeping conversations natural * Ask basic qualifying questions * Handle common objections professionally * Book qualified appointments into our calendar * Accurately update call outcomes and prospect information in our CRM * Follow up with interested prospects when required What We Are Looking For * Previous cold-calling, appointment-setting, or sales experience * Clear and professional spoken English * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls * Confident speaking with business owners * Reliable, organized, coachable, and consistent * Able to follow a process while still sounding conversational * Strong communication and objection-handling skills Experience calling home-service or professional-service businesses is considered an asset. Compensation and Schedule This will begin as a paid hourly trial with the opportunity for consistent, long-term work based on performance. The position may also include performance bonuses for qualified appointments that attend and additional bonuses when appointments result in a new client. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with Verity, contribute to a positive team culture, and play an important role in the company’s continued growth.
