Outbound B2B Setup + Auditor — Custom Apparel Manufacturing

Who we are Custom apparel manufacturer in Pakistan, 25,000+ units/month for international fashion brands. CPSIA, ASTM, and US CPSC certified. Target markets: sustainable fashion brands, sourcing managers, and private-label sellers in Germany, UK, and USA. We have the product and the capacity — we need a proven outbound system to bring in clients consistently. What we need A specialist for two things only: Set up a complete outbound mechanism (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email infrastructure, templates, tracking). Audit and guide our in-house team as they run it. You build the system and show us how it works — our team executes the daily outreach. This is a setup-and-advisory role, not a done-for-you campaign. If it works, we'll continue on an ongoing audit basis. Must have Real B2B outbound experience with numbers to show. No generic proposals, no scraped lists, no spray-and-pray. Deliverability/domain setup done correctly is critical. Deliverables (by end of setup) Outbound strategy for our target markets LinkedIn Sales Navigator configured (saved searches, lead lists, sequences) Cold email + LinkedIn templates per buyer persona Email infrastructure set up correctly (domains, warm-up, DNS) A tracking system our team maintains daily A written playbook covering every step One training session with our Business Development Manager Then: weekly or monthly audit check-ins
