Outbound Call Specialist

Overview We are seeking reliable and professional Remote Call Center Representatives to join our legal intake team. This role is focused primarily on returning calls to potential clients who have previously reached out for assistance. You will serve as a key point of contact, helping guide individuals through the initial stages of working with a law firm. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Return inbound inquiries from potential clients in a timely and professional manner Conduct structured intake conversations and gather relevant case information Accurately document all call details in the system Follow call scripts and workflows while maintaining a natural, conversational tone Route qualified leads to the appropriate legal team or next step in the process Maintain a high level of empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and performance targets Qualifications Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or intake role preferred Strong verbal communication skills and active listening ability Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound return calls Ability to follow processes while adapting to different caller situations Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply Preferred Experience Experience in legal intake or working with law firms Familiarity with CRM or call center software Background in sales, collections, or customer retention is a plus
