Outbound Caller Agency

Job Description: We are looking for a Latin America-based outbound call center agency for medical appointment-setting campaigns. This is an outbound-only role. We do not need inbound support. We need bilingual English/Spanish agents who can call medical leads, follow up quickly, handle basic objections, and schedule appointments. The agency must have experience with outbound sales or appointment setting, preferably in healthcare or medical campaigns. Weekend coverage is required. We are looking for an agency with trained agents, supervision, reporting, call recording, and quality control. Please do not apply if you are an individual freelancer.
