Outbound Caller — Financial Services (Part-Time, Flexible)

We are looking for an experienced outbound caller to work through a list of 250 pre-screened leads on behalf of our financial platform. What You'll Be Doing: You will be making outbound calls to a warm list of leads in the evenings (6pm-9pm UK time). Your job is to introduce the platform, qualify interest, and flag anyone who wants to know more to our internal team for follow-up. A script will be provided. You don't need to close anyone — just have a natural conversation, qualify interest, and log the outcome. Daily Expectations: Calls made through our platform — all calls recorded and tracked automatically Every call logged with outcome — answered, voicemail, not interested, warm lead Warm leads flagged and handed to our team same day Minimum call duration of 20 seconds to count as a completed call Available to work evenings UK time (6pm-9pm) Payment Structure: $200 fixed for completing all 250 calls Released in 3 milestones verified through our call tracking system: $50 on completion of first 25 calls $75 on completion of next 100 calls $75 on completion of final 125 calls $15 performance bonus per qualified lead that progresses to a follow-up meeting with our team Requirements: Proven outbound calling experience Professional phone manner and clear spoken English Comfortable discussing financial products and investment opportunities UK based strongly preferred NDA required before any materials or leads are shared Upwork job success score 90%+ preferred Important: All calls are made through our internal platform which automatically records and timestamps every call. Payment milestones are only released upon verified call logs in our system. Calls under 20 seconds do not count as completed calls.
