Outbound Coordinator / Sales Ops & Lead Gen Assistant (HubSpot)

I need someone to build and maintain my outbound system on a monthly basis. You'll do the full setup once, then come back each month to refresh my lead list and review what worked. I handle the actual outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, comments) — you handle everything that feeds it. Initial setup (first engagement): - Build my HubSpot CRM structure (categories, lead status, follow-up fields) - Create lead magnets (free ebooks, guides) to support outreach - Write email copy for outbound sequences - Source my first 2,000 leads matching my target criteria - Build a daily activity list of 100 contacts, broken out by action: email to send, call to make, LinkedIn connection to send, post to comment on Monthly refresh (ongoing): - Source 2,000 new leads for the month - Review what worked and what didn't from the prior month (response rates, connects, replies) - Adjust targeting, messaging, or the daily activity structure based on that review - Deliver an updated daily activity list of 100 contacts for me to execute against Requirements: - Experience with HubSpot CRM (required) - Experience sourcing B2B leads (Apollo, Clay, or similar tools) - Strong email copywriting skills - Comfortable creating simple lead magnets (ebooks, one-pagers) - Clear written English Nice to have: - Experience with Instantly, HeyReach, or LinkedIn outreach tools - Background in content or copywriting for sales/marketing Engagement: Monthly retainer — one setup engagement, then a recurring monthly refresh. No fixed weekly hours.
