Outbound & Inbound Sales Representative (Auto Dealerships)

Summary We are looking for a hungry, reliable sales rep to help us grow our automotive lead generation and AI follow-up business across Canada and the USA. This is a mix of: • Outbound prospecting (calling dealerships, following up, booking demos) • Inbound sales (handling warm leads, demo requests, referrals) • Relationship management with dealership clients You will be selling: • High-quality auto loan leads • Warm transfers • AI follow-up systems for dealerships • Appointment setting and lead nurturing solutions You are NOT selling random products — dealerships already need these services. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU’LL DO ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Call car dealerships across Canada & the USA • Speak with sales managers, finance managers, GSMs, and dealer principals • Follow up with inbound leads and booked demos • Book Zoom meetings • Present our services clearly and confidently • Follow up consistently until deals close • Maintain CRM updates and pipeline organization • Work closely with management to improve scripts and closing rates ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Strong English speaking skills • Confident on the phone • Comfortable handling objections • Consistent follow-up skills • Organized and reliable • Fast learner • Experience with outbound sales preferred • Experience in automotive, lead generation, SaaS, or appointment setting is a major plus If you have experience calling dealerships, that is a HUGE advantage. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ IMPORTANT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ This is NOT a “clock in and wait” position. What is your internet speed and computer setup? What hours are you available in EST time? Why should we hire you over other applicants? Have you worked remotely before? What is your expected hourly pay? Are you comfortable working with KPIs and call targets? Do you have experience using dialers or VOIP systems like GoHighLevel, Dialpad, Aircall, JustCall, etc.? We are looking for someone who wants a real opportunity and is ready to perform.
