Outbound Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Email + Appointment Setting)

We are a digital marketing and lead generation agency that helps high-ticket home service businesses and contractors generate leads through Google Ads and SEO. We are looking for an experienced outbound lead generation specialist who can take ownership of the entire prospecting process. Responsibilities: - Build targeted prospect lists - Research and identify qualified companies - Source decision makers and contact information - Write and optimize cold email campaigns - Manage outbound email campaigns - Monitor deliverability and inbox performance - Follow up with prospects - Qualify leads - Book sales calls directly into our calendar - Potentially assist with LinkedIn outreach and cold calling Requirements: - Proven experience generating B2B meetings through cold email - Experience using tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, - LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms - Strong copywriting skills for outbound email - Understanding of email deliverability best practices - Ability to work independently and own results - Excellent written English Preferred Experience: - Marketing agency lead generation - SEO, PPC, or lead generation services - High-end home service and contractors.
