The founder closes every deal personally; your job is to keep his calendar full using every outbound channel we run. The role in one sentence You run our entire outbound motion — cold calls, cold email campaigns, and cold/follow-up SMS — turning lead lists into held meetings, across every use case we launch (our own client acquisition first, client campaigns as you prove out). What you'll do Cold calling (core): 40–60 dials/day to US small business owners (roofers, landscapers, restaurants, salons) from lists we provide, using our script + free-report opener; book directly into the founder's calendar Cold email: run campaigns in Smartlead — setup, warmup schedules, spintax variants, inbox rotation, reply detection; route interested replies to a call or meeting same-day SMS: follow-up threads with interested-but-busy owners; confirmations and no-show rebooking; keep every thread warm without being pushy All channels, one pipeline: every lead gets the right next touch (call → email → SMS) logged in our tracker; nothing goes cold from silence Weekly numbers review with the founder (coaching, not gotchas — calls are recorded) Tools you'll work in Smartlead.ai — hands-on experience REQUIRED (you've run real campaigns: warmup, limits, deliverability — we test this below) Twilio — working knowledge (numbers, messaging basics; you don't need to code, you need to understand how business texting works and why compliance rules exist) Retell / AI voice — familiarity a plus (our AI receptionist works alongside you; you'll hand off and receive from it) WhatsApp Business — comfortable running business conversations there for clients who prefer it We train you on our own platform — bring the outbound craft and the Smartlead depth; we bring the machine. Hard requirements 2+ years cold calling US/Western customers — warm, clear, persistent; excellent spoken English (the voice test decides) Real Smartlead campaign experience (not "familiar with" — you've run it) Written English good enough to hold email and SMS threads that book meetings Understands the compliance basics: opt-outs are sacred, quiet hours exist, business texting in the US requires registration (we handle the setup — you respect the rules) Quiet workspace, solid internet, quality headset; comfortable being recorded What counts as a booked meeting (so bonuses are never argued) Owner or decision-maker · from our target list · shows up.
