# Outbound Sales Caller (Salesforce Sales Dialer) **Hourly | Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity** We are seeking a reliable and professional outbound sales caller to help engage prospects, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for our sales team. We are a Salesforce Partner and managed services provider. The caller will be reaching out to prospects to introduce our **Salesforce Managed Services** offering and book qualified meetings with businesses that may need ongoing Salesforce support, administration, optimization, automation, or consulting help. This role will start part-time with approximately **600 outbound calls per month** using **Salesforce Sales Dialer**, with the opportunity to become **full-time quickly** as we continue to grow and scale. Strong performance, consistency, and booked meetings will be rewarded with increased hours and performance bonuses. ## Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to leads and prospects using Salesforce Sales Dialer * Introduce Salesforce Managed Services in a clear and professional way * Follow provided scripts and talking points * Qualify interest and identify potential Salesforce support needs * Schedule qualified meetings for our sales team * Accurately log call outcomes and notes in Salesforce * Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call ## Expected Volume * Approximately **600 outbound calls per month** to start * Estimated starting workload: **15–25 hours per month**, depending on efficiency and conversation length * Opportunity to increase hours and move into a full-time role based on results ## Requirements * Excellent verbal English communication skills * Clear, professional speaking voice * Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales development * Ability to handle objections professionally * Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment * Salesforce knowledge preferred * Experience with Salesforce Sales Dialer is a strong plus ## Compensation * Hourly rate based on experience, performance, and English fluency * Opportunity for increased hours and full-time work based on performance * Performance bonuses available for: * Qualified meetings booked * Opportunities created * Deals that ultimately close ## To Apply Please include: 1.
