About Beckon Beckon is a premium vacation rental management and hospitality company serving luxury homeowners and investors. We help property owners maximize revenue, reduce stress, and create exceptional guest experiences through professional management, design, operations, and hospitality services. We are growing aggressively and are looking for an exceptional outbound sales professional to help us identify, engage, and qualify new property owners for our management services. This is not a call-center position. We are looking for a strategic, polished, emotionally intelligent sales professional who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities, and consistently fill a pipeline. What You'll Do Prospect and identify vacation rental property owners who may benefit from professional management Research owners, operators, investors, and short-term rental hosts Utilize provided lead lists while also proactively sourcing new opportunities Reach out through phone, email, text, LinkedIn, social media, and other creative channels Start meaningful conversations with prospective clients Ask thoughtful discovery questions to uncover needs and motivations Qualify opportunities based on established criteria Maintain detailed CRM notes and follow-up activity Nurture leads over time through consistent communication Hand off warm, qualified opportunities to our Senior Director for sales consultations Continuously look for new lead sources and prospecting strategies What Success Looks Like Consistent pipeline generation High-quality qualified appointments Strong conversion from prospect to sales consultation Thoughtful CRM documentation Creative lead generation beyond assigned lists Professional representation of the Beckon brand Who You Are You are: Fluent in spoken and written English Comfortable speaking with affluent homeowners and investors Highly polished and professional Relentless in follow-up without being pushy Naturally curious and excellent at asking questions Emotionally intelligent and able to read people quickly Resourceful and proactive Organized and process-oriented Experienced in outbound sales, business development, real estate, hospitality, luxury services, or related industries Bonus points if you have experience with: Vacation rentals Airbnb / VRBO hosts Property management Real estate investing Luxury service businesses CRM systems Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Uncapped performance bonuses Additional bonuses for qualified appointments, opportunities, and signed management agreements To Apply Please include: A brief introduction and summary of your sales experience A voice recording introducing yourself Examples of outbound sales or business development roles you've held Your favorite prospecting strategy for finding new business Why you believe you'd be successful selling property management services In your proposal, please begin with the phrase: "Pipeline First" so we know you've read the entire posting.
