We are an early-stage, award-winning real estate technology company based in the United States. We are building a modern transaction infrastructure platform for the real estate industry—helping brokerages and real estate teams coordinate transactions more efficiently, reduce operational friction, and improve the client experience. We currently have paying customers, active brokerage and team pilots, and national industry recognition. We are now focused on scaling our outbound pipeline. Full product details will be shared during the interview process. The Role We are hiring an Outbound SDR / Appointment Setter to generate qualified product demo meetings with independent and small to mid-size real estate brokerages and high-performing real estate teams across the United States. This is a pure top-of-funnel role. You are not closing deals. Your sole responsibility is to identify, engage, and book qualified decision-maker-level demo meetings for the founder, who runs all demos and closes all deals. What Success Looks Like Consistently booking qualified demo meetings with brokerage and team decision-makers Ensuring meetings are relevant, confirmed, and attended Reaching the right people (broker-owners, managing brokers, team leaders, operations leaders) Maintaining a clean, accurate pipeline of outreach and booked demos What You Will Do Research and identify independent and mid-sized real estate brokerages and high-performing teams Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone Contact and qualify brokerage owners, brokers, and team leaders Book confirmed product demo meetings directly on the founder’s calendar Ensure each meeting is properly qualified before scheduling Provide brief context notes before each demo (company, role, pain points) Track outreach activity and pipeline in CRM Share feedback from the market (objections, messaging insights, trends) Who This Role Is For Experienced in outbound SDR, appointment setting, or lead generation Comfortable doing cold outreach daily (email, LinkedIn, phone) Strong at identifying decision-makers, not just contacts Able to qualify quickly and avoid low-quality leads Clear written and spoken English communication Self-driven and able to work independently Bonus: experience in real estate, proptech, or B2B SaaS Compensation Monthly retainer: $200–$400 Paid per qualified, attended demo meeting Higher payout for demos with broker-owners or decision-makers Performance-based structure with upside for consistent output Important Notes We only pay for qualified, attended demos Quality matters more than volume We are NOT looking for agencies that spray outreach or book unqualified meetings This is a performance-based role with clear expectations Why This Role Work directly with the founder of a nationally recognized proptech startup Simple, performance-based role with clear success metrics Flexible remote work Opportunity to grow with the company long-term Clear ICP and messaging guidance provided from day one
