I run Monisense Corp. We've built our product, OpCor, an operations platform for the people running critical operations, and it's live with real users. Now we're at the stage that matters most: actually launching it and getting it in front of the operators who need it. That's why I'm hiring a sharp, reliable outbound VA to own the day-to-day of our outreach so it runs consistently instead of in fits and starts. What you'd do: - Lead generation: build and qualify targeted prospect lists that fit our ideal customer profile. I'll define who we're after; you find them and build the list. - Cold email outreach: draft from our frameworks, send, and follow up. - LinkedIn outreach: personalized connection requests and DMs to the right people. - Sales development: qualify replies, book conversations, move the pipeline. Some cold calling is a plus if it's in your wheelhouse. - Keep the CRM current: who was contacted, who replied, what's next. What matters to me: real outbound experience across lead generation, cold email, and LinkedIn; clear, natural written English; CRM comfort and tight organization; reliable and self-directed. Start part-time, ongoing, with room to grow as we scale.
