We currently have a database of qualified prospects who have expressed interest in learning more about our services, and we're looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to connect with them. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. About the Role As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll contact qualified prospects, build rapport, identify their needs, answer initial questions, and schedule appointments with our closing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a results-driven environment, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. Key Responsibilities * Contact qualified leads by phone. * Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients. * Introduce our services clearly and professionally. * Qualify prospects using provided criteria. * Schedule appointments for qualified prospects. * Maintain accurate notes within the CRM. * Follow up with interested prospects. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams. * Meet weekly outreach and appointment goals. * Continuously improve communication and sales skills. Required Qualifications * Previous experience in outbound sales or appointment setting * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls * Strong interpersonal skills * Reliable internet connection * Quiet working environment * Ability to work independently * Positive and professional attitude Compensation This position offers **performance-based (commission) compensation**. Earnings are directly tied to qualified appointments and successful client outcomes. High performers have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while working remotely with a growing agency.
