Outbound Sales Specialist

We are a premium, high-ticket recruitment agency specializing in monthly subscription-based talent acquisition for mid-market and enterprise companies. We are seeking a relentless, experienced Outbound Lead Generation Specialist / SDR to build and manage our end-to-end sales pipeline. Your sole metric of success is booking qualified discovery meetings for the Director of Operations What you will do: Cold Email Management: Take over, optimize, and scale our existing cold email infrastructure. Monitor daily replies, handle objections, and book meetings. LinkedIn Outreach: Conduct personalized social selling and outreach to VPs of HR, Talent Acquisition Directors, and Founders. Upwork Bidding: Monitor Upwork for high-budget, enterprise-level recruitment partner postings and submit highly consultative proposals. Funnel Management: Qualify leads to ensure they fit our ideal client profile (companies with multiple open roles and budget) before passing them to the owner. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience doing outbound sales/lead generation specifically for Staffing Agencies. Master of multi-channel outreach. Impeccable English (written and verbal) with the ability to write sophisticated, consultative copy that appeals to corporate executives. Driven by commissions and hitting booking targets. Compensation: Base Hourly Rate + 10% commission on the front-end of all closed subscription contracts.
