What You'll Need to Bring - Your own power dialer and phone system - Proven experience in B2B outbound sales and cold calling - Strong communication, objection-handling, and appointment-setting skills - Ideally, familiarity with marketing, websites, advertising, or SEO — you don't need to be an expert, but understanding what we sell will help you sell it - The ability to build and manage your own lead lists What We'll Provide - Full training on our sales process and offerings - Proven scripts and talk tracks - Lead lists to work from, including past clients, existing leads, closed-lost deals, event RSVPs, and other prospects - A Big Red Jelly branded email address - Ongoing resources and support from our team Pay & Commission Structure - Base pay, determined by experience - 5% commission on closed project deals - 5% commission on the first month of closed Grow (recurring) deals - Additional bonuses for qualified appointments scheduled -Base pay increases available based on performance Why Big Red Jelly We're a growing agency with a strong reputation — recognized by Clutch as a Top Web Design agency in Utah, named to the Inc.
