Creator Outreach & UGC Recruiter (Portuguese-speaking) — part-time, 100% remote About us Abraço Sonoro creates fully personalized songs, given as an emotional gift to someone you love. We are growing in Portugal and we work with creators who gift a song to a loved one, film their reaction, and share that moment. The role We are looking for a motivated, Portuguese-speaking person to find and manage these creators: Source and contact micro-influencers and UGC creators in Portugal (DMs, messages) to invite them to take part: a free personalized song + compensation, in exchange for a reaction video. Vet applicants (from our ads or from your outreach): are they real, serious, aligned, and able to make a beautiful video? Give validated creators their access to create the song. This manual step is how we keep bots and fake profiles out. Brief and follow up with creators so the reaction video is actually delivered. Share marketing ideas: where to find creators, outreach messages that convert, video angles that move people. You are Native European Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese is a plus). Fluent in English to work with our team. Comfortable with outreach: not afraid to message strangers and run selection chats. Into social media and UGC; you can spot a good creator.
