🇵🇹 Outreach Partner — Portugal (Vacation Rental Hosts) | Commission-Based

About Hyfair Hyfair is a direct booking platform built for premium villa and apartment hosts across Europe. We build branded booking websites so hosts can accept instant bookings and payments directly — without relying on major platforms and their 15%+ commission cuts. We handle Stripe payments, guest ID verification, EU compliance, and AI-powered guest support. Our hosts pay as little as 3% per direct booking. We're expanding into Portugal and need someone on the ground — or deeply connected to the Portuguese tourism and hospitality market — to help us reach the right hosts in the Algarve, Douro Valley, Silver Coast, and beyond. What you'll do You'll be our voice in Portugal. Your job is straightforward: find premium villa and quinta hosts across Portugal's top tourism destinations, start conversations, and connect them with Hyfair. We handle everything after you make the intro — demo, onboarding, setup, support. You just open the door. Specifically you will research and identify premium accommodation hosts across Portugal (Google Maps, Instagram, Airbnb, direct portals and Portuguese tourism directories), reach out via phone (preferred), WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM using our proven message templates which we provide, qualify leads and hand off warm conversations to our team, and track outreach in a simple shared spreadsheet. You don't need to close deals. You just need to start conversations. Who we're looking for The ideal person for this role is Portuguese or has deep ties to the Portuguese tourism and hospitality sector, speaks Portuguese fluently with English also required for internal communication, has existing connections or access to villa and quinta hosts, property managers, or tourism associations in Portugal, is comfortable with outreach via phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email, and is organised, persistent, and self-motivated. Big bonus if you have personal connections in the Algarve (Lagos, Vilamoura, Albufeira, Tavira), the Douro Valley wine region, the Silver Coast (Óbidos, Peniche), or Comporta villa market, have worked with or for a property management company or tourism agency in Portugal, or are already active in Portuguese host communities on Facebook or Alojamento Local groups. Our ideal customer Premium villa and quinta hosts in Portugal who list on Airbnb and/or Booking.com and are losing 15%+ per booking to the platform, have their own website but no real direct booking functionality, own or manage 1–10+ properties typically priced €150–€700/night, are professional and established rather than casual weekend renters, and would benefit from their own direct booking infrastructure. A particularly strong argument for Portuguese hosts: Alojamento Local regulations and EU 2024/1028 compliance are increasingly complex. Hyfair automates compliance reporting and handles tourist tax collection automatically — saving hosts hours of manual admin every month. Compensation This is a performance-based role. Here is exactly what you earn: €60 per host who goes live on Hyfair (signed up, onboarded, booking page live) €20 retention bonus if that host is still active after Month 2 €20 retention bonus if that host is still active after Month 3 €100 performance bonus when you bring 5 or more live hosts in one calendar month €250 performance bonus when you bring 10 or more live hosts in one calendar month Your realistic monthly earnings: Conservative at 5 hosts per month: €300 base + €100 bonus = €400 Solid at 10 hosts per month: €600 base + €250 bonus = €850 Strong at 20 hosts per month: €1.200 base + €250 bonus = €1.450 A long-term path As we grow our portfolio in Portugal, we will need a dedicated support person who can assist our Portuguese hosts in their own language. That is a salaried role. Based on the Portuguese market, we would be looking at a part-time remote position starting at around €1.200–€1.500 per month gross, growing to full-time as the portfolio grows. We would realistically look at this once we have around 50 active hosts in Portugal. If you perform well in the outreach role, you would be our first choice for that position.
