About Us Standing on the Rock is a fast-growing educational ministry teaching Equity jurisprudence to students across the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and beyond. Our founder Julian Swan teaches a live course that has helped hundreds of students resolve IRS matters, discharge debt, and protect their assets using lawful principles rooted in common law. We are expanding our reach and need a motivated virtual assistant who can help us grow our audience, book interviews with podcasters and YouTubers, and manage our social media presence consistently. This is a long-term role with a team that is doing meaningful work. What You Will Be Doing Podcast and YouTube Outreach Research podcasters and YouTubers whose audiences align with our content Send outreach messages to hosts on behalf of our founder to explore interview opportunities Follow up with hosts who have not replied and track all outreach in a spreadsheet Coordinate scheduling when a host says yes Social Media Post daily content across our social media platforms using pre-approved copy and graphics Upload videos with minor edits such as trimming intros and adding captions Track engagement and report weekly numbers Ads and Funnels Assist with testing landing pages and funnels using templates and instructions provided Help manage ads on Google and social media platforms under close supervision What We Are Looking For Strong written English skills Experience with social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and basic video editing software Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Some experience with podcast or influencer outreach is a big plus Experience with paid ads is a plus but not required Experience WITH SEO is a plus Read Before Applying To confirm you have read this post in full, please include the word bedrock somewhere in your application message.
