The Vibe Curator co. is a boutique digital marketing and creative strategy studio Our Summer Website Offer focuses on helping service‑based and product‑based businesses that have outgrown DIY and are ready for a more polished, strategic online presence. We’ve been doing highly personalized, relationship‑based outreach in Facebook groups and online communities and are now looking for a partner to help us scale this in a thoughtful, human way. Role Overview I’m looking for an Outreach & Lead Nurture Specialist who can: • Identify aligned small business owners and local businesses inside curated Facebook groups and similar communities • Use AI (plus my existing templates) to draft personalized, context‑aware DMs and comments • Keep the tone on‑brand: elevated, strategic, friendly, and never spammy • Track conversations, follow‑ups, and outcomes in a simple system (Notion, Airtable, or similar) This is not a high‑volume spam role. It’s about quality outreach, warm connection, and thoughtful follow‑through. Responsibilities • Review posts and member lists in specific groups (small business, women in business, local/neighbor groups, etc.) and identify strong-fit leads based on criteria I’ll provide • Capture context from screenshots or links (what they sell, how they talk about their business) and use AI tools to help you adapt my message templates to each person • Send outreach messages and comments under my profile, following clear guidelines and boundaries • Maintain a simple outreach log: who you contacted, what you sent, when to follow up, and what happened • Suggest small improvements to scripts or flows as we see what resonates • Protect the brand’s reputation by avoiding spammy tactics and honoring group rules Ideal Candidate • Experience with outreach or client acquisition for service‑based businesses (bonus if in web design, branding, or marketing) • Comfortable using AI tools to draft and refine copy, while still editing for nuance and tone • Strong copy instincts: you know how to sound like a real human, not a template • Familiar with Facebook groups and online communities, including how to engage respectfully and follow posting rules • Detail‑oriented and organized, with the ability to track multiple conversations at once • Comfortable working with a Black woman‑owned boutique studio and reflecting that lens in your sensitivity and language What I’ll Provide • Clear brand voice guidelines and examples of “good” outreach (including the DM scripts you’ve seen above) • A library of message templates for different types of businesses (service providers, product‑based brands, local neighbors, etc.) • Criteria for “ideal fit” leads and a list of priority groups to start from • A simple tracking framework or tool to log outreach and results • Ongoing feedback so we can refine messaging and approach together Requirements • Solid written English • Proven experience in one or more of: lead generation, social selling, community management, or DM outreach • Ability to work 5–10 hours per week to start, with potential to increase if it’s a good fit • Available to collaborate asynchronously, with a quick daily check‑in or summary How to Apply Please include: 1.
