Luxury Property Acquisition Specialist (Commission Only) Help Grow a Premier Luxury Vacation Rental Portfolio We are a boutique luxury vacation rental management company seeking an experienced, self-motivated business development professional to help expand our portfolio by acquiring exceptional luxury vacation homes. This is not an entry-level sales position. We’re looking for someone who understands relationship-based selling, is comfortable speaking with affluent homeowners and industry professionals, and is excited by the opportunity to earn significant commissions without income caps. About the Opportunity Our company specializes exclusively in managing high-end vacation homes. We are highly selective about the properties we represent and focus on delivering a true luxury experience for both homeowners and guests. Rather than pursuing volume, we concentrate on acquiring exceptional homes and building long-term relationships with quality property owners. Your Responsibilities * Identify luxury homes with strong vacation rental potential * Connect with homeowners, Realtors, investors, builders, and other referral partners * Generate qualified opportunities for our executive team * Build trust and long-term professional relationships * Introduce prospective owners to our management services * Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and referrals You Don’t Have to Close the Sale Your primary responsibility is to bring qualified, interested property owners to the table. Once you’ve generated a legitimate opportunity, our executive team will take over and assist with presentations, revenue projections, management consultations, contract negotiations, and closing the agreement. We’re looking for someone who can create opportunities and open doors—we’ll provide the expertise needed to help convert those opportunities into long-term clients. Ideal Candidate * Proven experience in business development, luxury real estate, hospitality, vacation rentals, or high-end sales * Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills * Professional, polished, and confident communicator * Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth homeowners and industry professionals * Self-disciplined and capable of working independently * Existing relationships within luxury real estate, property investment, or hospitality are a significant advantage * Knowledge of Airbnb, vacation rentals, or property management is highly desirable Compensation 100% Commission-Based There is no hourly pay or salary. Instead, you’ll earn generous commissions for every qualified luxury property that signs a management agreement through your efforts. Our ideal properties are high-value homes with substantial annual rental revenue, creating meaningful commission opportunities for each successful acquisition. There is no cap on your earning potential.
