PCB Design for Resistor Circuit

I am looking for an experienced electronics/PCB designer to design a small PCB for a simple resistor pull-up circuit. Scope * Convert the provided electrical schematic into a PCB design. Attached image is the schematic for 4 fan controls. the intended PCB will be to scale the board to support up to 12 fans. Voltage - 5VDC. * Select appropriate components and PCB footprints. * Design a compact, practical PCB layout. * Include screw-terminal or spring-terminal connectors for wire terminations. * Perform a basic design review to verify component ratings, connections, and manufacturability. * Design the board for straightforward prototype and low-volume production. Deliverables * PCB design files in **KiCad, Altium, or another commonly supported format** * Gerber files * BOM (Bill of Materials) with manufacturer part numbers where practical * Pick-and-place/assembly files if applicable * PCB fabrication/assembly files suitable for services such as JLCPCB or OSH Park * Final schematic and PCB source files so the design can be modified in the future Project Details This is a small, relatively simple project. I expect the initial design to be completed in less than one week. Experience designing small industrial/electronic interface boards is preferred. Please include examples of similar PCB designs you have completed. The goal is to have the completed design files ready to submit for fabrication and assembly of prototype units.
