PCB Layout Engineer for ESP32-H2 – Design Review & Manufacturing Consultation

We are looking for an experienced PCB Layout Engineer with strong Altium Designer expertise to review and provide technical consultation on an existing ESP32-H2-based temperature sensor PCB prior to manufacturing. The current board is approximately 60mmX80mm, 2.3mm thick, with a 3-layer PCB stackup. The primary objective is to identify and correct any schematic, layout, RF, power, grounding, or manufacturing issues that could affect functionality, reliability, or production yield. Key responsibilities include: - Review the existing Altium schematic and PCB layout for design correctness. - Evaluate the ESP32-H2 power supply, decoupling, reset/boot circuitry, and peripheral connections. - Review RF/antenna placement, antenna keep-out areas, grounding, and interference risks. - Verify routing, trace widths, vias, copper clearances, power/ground distribution, and return-current paths. - Review the 3-layer stackup and recommend changes if required for signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability. - Perform DRC and DFM/DFA review before production. - Check component footprints, polarity, package dimensions, and assembly clearances. - Review Gerber, drill, BOM, pick-and-place, and fabrication/assembly documentation. - Provide clear recommendations and corrections required to make the PCB manufacturing-ready and production-ready.
