PCB design for esp32 and hub 75

Summary

I have a project that utilizes an esp32 dev board and 64x32 digital displays. I currently just use wires to connect the 2 things together. I would like a PCB design that would be a hat to plug esp32 into and the HUB75 connector that the displays use. I also want 2 power studs on the board so I can connect the power supply of the esp32 and boards together. something similar to the interstate 75 board that is on the market for a raspberry pi. I have the pin out of how everything is connected. I'm looking for someone to turn it into a usable PCB board that I can have made.
