PRD - Business plan

Project Overview I am looking for an experienced Business Architect / Startup Strategist / Product Strategy Consultant to develop the complete strategic and product architecture for a startup healthcare media ecosystem. This is not a traditional business plan writing project. The startup has already been conceptually developed. I have extensive founder documentation, business ideas, ecosystem concepts, workflows, and strategic notes. Your role is to review these materials and transform them into a professional, investor-quality, build-ready strategic blueprint that the founder and development team can execute. The platform is a Healthcare Participation Network built around three pillars: Media → Participation → Reporting The objective is to define the complete operating model before software development begins.
