Paid Media Buyer (Facebook & LinkedIn Ads) – Lead Gen Agency Partner

We are an established marketing agency looking for a sharp, freelance Paid Media Buyer to build, manage, and optimize Facebook and LinkedIn ad campaigns for our clients. Our portfolio spans high-value local lead gen and corporate B2B verticals. What you'll do: Build and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn. Conduct audience mapping, A/B creative testing, and weekly optimizations to scale ROAS/CPL. Set up clean tracking utilizing UTM parameters and agency-controlled landing page architectures (experience with alternative tracking workarounds when client pixel access is restricted is a massive plus). Provide clear, client-ready data reports on traffic, intent, and lead delivery. Requirements: Documented case studies showing successful lead generation on both Facebook and LinkedIn. Strong understanding of custom audiences, lookalikes, and B2B list-matching. Excellent communication and ability to work alongside our internal Creative and Account teams.
