Paid Media Buyer Primary Focus: Lead Generation, Webinar Registrations, Event Registrations, and Funnel Optimization About Us We are a growing coaching and training company that helps entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, speakers, and service-based business owners attract clients, increase influence, and grow their businesses through powerful communication, storytelling, marketing, and sales strategies. Our business includes live events, workshops, webinars, online training programs, group coaching programs, and mastermind experiences. We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can help drive qualified leads, registrations, and sales through paid advertising and funnel optimization. This role is ideal for someone who understands direct-response marketing, paid traffic, webinar funnels, challenge funnels, and event marketing. Primary Objective Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads and registrations for our workshops, webinars, live events, challenges, and coaching programs through paid advertising and campaign optimization. Success in this role will be measured by lead generation, conversion performance, campaign efficiency, and contribution to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across: Facebook Instagram Retargeting Campaigns Future opportunities may include YouTube and Google advertising as the company grows. Campaign objectives may include: Lead generation Webinar registrations Challenge registrations Live event registrations Workshop registrations Sales conversions Audience Targeting & Retargeting Build and manage custom audiences Create lookalike audiences Develop retargeting campaigns Analyze audience performance Continuously improve targeting efficiency Campaign Strategy & Optimization Provide recommendations on campaign strategy Recommend new audiences, angles, and offers to test Review funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement Monitor campaign performance daily Continuously test creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and report on: Cost Per Lead Cost Per Registration Click Through Rate Conversion Rate Return on Ad Spend Revenue Attribution Provide: Weekly performance reports Monthly performance reviews Recommendations for ongoing optimization Collaboration Work closely with leadership and the marketing team to: Align campaigns with company goals Develop advertising angles and hooks Coordinate creative assets with designers Improve campaign performance through testing and iteration Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years experience managing Meta advertising campaigns Proven track record generating leads and sales through paid advertising Experience with webinar funnels, challenge funnels, or event marketing Experience working with coaching, consulting, education, information marketing, or personal development businesses Strong analytical and reporting skills Understanding of customer acquisition metrics and funnel optimization Preferred Experience scaling campaigns with budgets of $5,000 to $50,000+ per month Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms Experience with landing page optimization Experience supporting live event marketing campaigns Success Metrics Success in this role will be evaluated based on: Consistent lead generation Cost per lead performance Webinar and event registrations Funnel conversion improvements Campaign profitability Quality and accuracy of reporting Important Note We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute effectively, and proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance. This role is not limited to managing ads. We are looking for someone who understands how paid traffic connects to the overall customer journey and can contribute ideas that help drive better business results.
