Paid Media Specialist (Google & Meta) – Lead Generation

We're a boutique content production agency based in Miami, specializing in high-quality photo, video, and creative content for e-commerce brands. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to help generate qualified leads and scale our agency through strategic advertising campaigns. This is a flexible, part-time role (a few hours per week) focused on planning, launching, and optimizing lead generation campaigns across Google and Meta. Responsibilities - Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta. - Build and improve lead generation funnels designed to attract qualified prospects for our agency. - Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and lower cost per lead. - Collaborate closely with our creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, and landing page strategies. - Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS. - Create simple performance reports and communicate insights, opportunities, and next steps. - Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and advertising best practices. Requirements - Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. - Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion-focused campaign optimization. - Experience developing creative testing frameworks and performance-driven ad strategies. - Ability to analyze data and make informed optimization decisions. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. - Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools. Nice to Have - Experience generating leads for agencies, service-based businesses, or creative companies. - Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar. - Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
