Paid Trial – Format a Word document into a professional client-ready document (2 hours)

Job Summary: I'm looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for a paid two-hour trial. The task involves reformatting an existing Microsoft Word document into a professional, client-ready document for my leadership consulting business. The document will be sent once you are selected for the paid trial. Do not rewrite the content. Your job is to improve presentation, readability and professionalism. The core document should remain in landscape orientation Requirements: - Use Microsoft Word only. Keep all existing content. Do not remove sections unless they are clearly accidental. - Make reasonable formatting decisions without asking unnecessary questions. - Use headings, spacing, tables, alignment and styles consistently. - Improve readability. - Make the document look modern and professional. - Assume branding is limited to the supplied logo (if provided). - If something is unclear, use your judgement and briefly explain your decision. Optional (if time permits) If you complete the core formatting task within the two-hour time limit, create a second version of the document in portrait orientation. You may adjust tables, page breaks and layouts as required to maintain readability. This is not expected if you are close to the time limit—the quality of the core document is the priority. Time Limit - Spend no more than two hours on this task. If you finish earlier, stop. Do not spend additional unpaid time perfecting the document.
