We're looking for a reliable virtual assistant to manage order-related tasks and delivery management for our e-commerce business. This includes: Taking customer orders through the business’s system. Verifying order details provided by customers (e.g., checking for spelling mistakes, confirming details through our workflow). Making corrections to order information when necessary. delivery management (inc. order tracking, delays management, ticket creation, forwarding complaints to courier companies, maintaining excellent delivery percent [e.g at least 80-85% orders delivered in case of online cod business]) etc)
