Position: Paris Client Relations & Virtual Assistant (Freelance / Part-Time) Company: ZION AMA DIO LLC / LORDWORLD Advisory Location: France (Hybrid – Remote + On-Site) About the Role We are seeking a professional, reliable, and bilingual assistant based in Paris to support our international real estate and investment activities. This role combines virtual administrative support with in-person client assistance during luxury apartment viewings. Responsibilities Translate between English and French during calls, meetings, and property viewings. Accompany clients to apartment and luxury property tours throughout Paris. Coordinate appointments with brokers, agencies, and property owners. Communicate with French real estate professionals on behalf of our team. Assist with scheduling, emails, document translation, and administrative tasks. Welcome and guide international clients visiting Paris. Requirements Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Based in the Paris metropolitan area. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Strong organizational abilities. Comfortable working with luxury real estate clients. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when needed. Experience in real estate, hospitality, concierge, or executive assistance is a plus. Compensation Competitive hourly or daily rate. Additional compensation for accompanying clients on property tours. Opportunity for ongoing work with an international investment group.
