Part-Time Accountant / QuickBooks Online Expert (Multiple Businesses)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to help manage the accounting for multiple small businesses. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced with QuickBooks Online. Responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) Perform monthly account reconciliations Review and categorize transactions Ensure all bookkeeping is current and accurate Clean up and organize existing QuickBooks Online files Merge and consolidate QuickBooks accounts where appropriate Maintain financial records for multiple companies Assist with month-end and year-end closing Work with our CPA as needed Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to our accounting processes Qualifications Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (required) Experience managing accounting for multiple companies Knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with manufacturing businesses is a plus Position Details Part-time (approximately 5-10 hours per week) Remote Long-term opportunity Flexible schedule To Apply Please include: Your years of QuickBooks Online experience The number of companies you currently manage Examples of monthly financial statements you prepare Experience cleaning up or merging QuickBooks files Any accounting certifications (CPA, EA, Bookkeeper, etc.) Your hourly rate We are looking for someone who can become a trusted part of our team and help ensure our financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date every month.
