Part-Time Appointment Setter | Warm Leads | Nonprofit Organization Doman International Institute is seeking a compassionate and professional Appointment Setter to support our outreach efforts with prospective families interested in our programs for children with developmental and neurological challenges. This is a part-time remote position starting at approximately 10 hours per week. Responsibilities Contact warm, pre-qualified leads who have requested information Schedule calls for our Director of Sales Follow up with prospective families via phone, email, text, and CRM communications Maintain accurate records of outreach and appointments in the CRM Build rapport with families and represent the organization professionally Requirements Fluent English (written and spoken) Previous appointment-setting, customer service, or lead follow-up experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with families from diverse backgrounds Organized, reliable, and responsive Compassionate and empathetic approach Position Details 10 hours per week to start $12/hour Flexible schedule; weekends are acceptable Minimum availability of 1 hour per weekday Leads are provided Target audience includes prospective families across English-speaking countries Success Metrics Appointments booked Professional and timely lead follow-up Accurate CRM documentation When applying, please describe your appointment-setting experience and provide an example of a role where you worked with warm leads.
