Part Time Appointment Setter for Commercial Insurance Agency

Oak & Harbor Insurance is a growing independent commercial insurance agency specializing in helping small businesses protect their operations with the right coverage. I am seeking an appointment setter for my independent commercial insurance agency. The role involves making daily outbound calls to contractors to schedule appointments. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, with strong phone communication skills. Familiarity with scheduling and insurance is a plus. This is a part-time position with a long-term engagement. This is a performance-focused role. Your job is not to sell insurance. Your job is to identify decision makers and schedule qualified appointments with our agency owner. This will begin as a 30-day trial period at $6–$8/hour, depending on experience. During this period, we will evaluate call quality, activity level, communication skills, and appointment-setting results. Successful candidates will have the opportunity for a rate increase and additional performance bonuses based on results. Bonuses will be provided for qualified appointments that attend meetings and for new business generated from successful leads.
