Part-Time BDR (Business Development Representative) for Headwear Manufacturer – USA / UK

We are an established custom headwear manufacturer with over 30 years of experience supplying brands, promotional products distributors, retailers, and importers across Europe, North America, and Australia. We are looking for a native English-speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us introduce our company to potential customers in North America and GB This is a 30-day trial project with the possibility of long-term cooperation if results are positive. Your Responsibilities • Identify and research target prospects • Send personalized cold emails • Follow up with prospects (2-3 follow-ups) • Initiate conversations and build interest • Generate qualified RFQs and quote opportunities • Maintain a simple outreach tracking sheet Target Customers • Promotional Products Distributors • Golf Brands • Outdoor Brands • Corporate Apparel Companies • Private Label Brands • Retail Brands What We Provide • Company website • Company introduction • Product catalog • Marketing materials • Sample references • Prospect criteria Our internal sales team will handle: • Product recommendations • Quotations • Sampling • Pricing discussions • Order management • Production follow-up Your role is to open doors and generate conversations. Once a prospect responds with interest, our team will take over. Requirements • Native English speaker preferred • Located in USA, Canada, or UK preferred • Experience in B2B prospecting and outreach • Experience with cold email and follow-up campaigns • Strong written communication skills • Ability to represent our company professionally Industry experience in promotional products, apparel, headwear, fashion accessories, or B2B manufacturing is a plus. Trial Project Scope • Approximately 100-200 target companies • Initial outreach • 2-3 follow-ups • Weekly progress updates Important: We are not looking for a lead list provider only.
