Summary

We need a part-time bookkeeper with medical billing experience to manage our therapy practice finances in QuickBooks. Tasks include reconciling insurance payments and patient billing, categorizing therapy service revenue by type, cleaning up and reconciling existing QuickBooks records, fixing duplicate and miscategorized transactions, tracking accounts receivable and outstanding claims, reconciling credit card and bank accounts, managing vendor and supplier payments, and preparing monthly financial reports. Must understand medical billing cycles, insurance reimbursement accounting, and QuickBooks Online cleanup.
