Part-Time Business Development Coordinator

PrimeSource Branding helps organizations with custom apparel, promotional products, signage, online stores, kitting, and branded merchandise programs. We are looking for a part-time Business Development Coordinator to help us identify and connect with schools, colleges, municipalities, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and local businesses that have recurring needs for branded merchandise. This role is ideal for someone organized, professional, and comfortable with research, email outreach, phone follow-up, and CRM tracking. The goal is to help us start conversations with qualified organizations, not pressure people into quick sales. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, finding decision makers, building contact lists, sending approved outreach messages, following up with prospects, tracking activity, and helping schedule introductory calls or quote opportunities. Ideal experience includes business development, sales support, marketing coordination, appointment setting, customer service, recruiting, fundraising, event planning, or administrative support.
