Part Time CFO

**Fractional CFO — Healthcare Startup (Diabetic Products)** We are a healthcare startup specializing in products for the diabetic market, currently generating ~$1M in annual sales with ambitions to scale significantly. This is a part-time consulting engagement. The company is currently unprofitable and not yet funded, but has significant prospects for growth, and we're looking for a partner who wants to build alongside us. We're seeking a highly experienced, hands-on CFO to help drive our next phase. **Responsibilities** - Own all aspects of financial management, including monthly financial statements, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow - Build financial models and reporting to support rapid revenue growth - Provide strategic input across the business beyond core finance (a strong plus) - Roll up your sleeves and operate as a true partner, not just an advisor **Requirements** - Extensive CFO-level experience, ideally with early-stage and high-growth startups - Proven track record scaling companies from ~$1M in revenue upward - Strong command of accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting - Availability during Eastern Time business hours - Strong, verifiable references Healthcare or medical/consumer products experience is a plus. This is a part-time role with potential to grow alongside the company.
