Part-Time Financial Controller for Cash Flow Tracking – E-commerce Brands

We are looking for a Financial Controller to help us update and manage our cash flow planning for our brands Black Rhino and Pace Recovery. We currently work in an Excel sheet that includes the forecasted cash flow planning from the beginning of this year. We need someone who can update the actual cash flow per month and compare it against the forecast. Responsibilities Update actual monthly cash flow based on bank account and Mastercard statements Categorize approximately 70–90 transactions per month in the cash flow planning Compare actual cash flow versus the forecasted cash flow planning from the start of the year Prepare a clear monthly overview in the first week of each month, covering the previous month Process all months of this year retrospectively up to and including May Work in our existing Excel file We will provide the required input each month through PDF exports from our bank account and Mastercard. Estimated workload The initial setup and catch-up work for January through May is expected to take approximately 25–45 hours, depending on the structure of the current Excel file and the quality of the bank and Mastercard exports. After that, we estimate the recurring workload at around 4–8 hours per month, based on approximately 70–90 monthly transactions. This includes updating the actual cash flow, categorizing transactions, comparing actuals against forecast, and preparing a short monthly overview. Profile We are looking for someone who: Has experience as a financial controller, accountant, finance analyst, or bookkeeper Is strong in Excel and cash flow planning Works accurately and independently Can start asap Has experience with e-commerce or growing businesses, which is a plus This role will run until the end of this year. We also have a lot of additional finance and operational work available, so there is room for a longer-term collaboration if the cooperation goes well.
