**Part-Time GTM Engineer — B2B Lead Gen (Green Energy / Commercial Real Estate Niche)** **About the Role** We're an early-stage B2B company in the green energy space targeting commercial real estate owners in Southern California. We have a working paid Meta ad system generating cheap clicks ($0.03 CPC) and a quiz funnel routing qualified leads to a free consultation booking. The ads are working. The funnel needs optimization. We need someone to own the go-to-market layer and help us turn traffic into booked calls. This is a fractional role — you won't be clocking hours, you'll be delivering outcomes. We're paying for your expertise and judgment, not your time. If you can solve the right problems fast, this engagement is well-compensated for the actual hours involved. **What You'll Own** - Funnel audit and optimization (currently on Perspective — quiz funnel to Calendly booking) - Messaging strategy — we've identified loss-aversion angles are winning, help us double down correctly - Email sequence strategy and oversight (pre-call show rate + disqualified lead nurture) - Weekly strategic input — tell us what to do next and why - Advise on when and how to scale ad spend as funnel conversion improves **You're a Fit If You** - Have run B2B lead gen funnels end to end and can show results - Understand pain-based and loss-aversion copywriting at a strategic level - Have worked with Meta ads, quiz funnels, and Calendly booking flows - Can work independently and lead — we need direction, not execution of our ideas - Are comfortable in a scrappy early-stage environment where things move fast **Scope & Compensation** - Fractional engagement — outcome-based, not hour-based - Estimated 10–15 hours/month but we're paying for results not hours - Budget: $600–$1,000/month - Long-term if the fit is right — this role grows as revenue grows **To Apply** Include: (1) one B2B loom video funnel or lead gen campaign you've run with specific results (2) your monthly rate, and (3) Must be fluent in english, (4) be able to work during PST (los Angeles hours) (5) Responded with "i read this" at the top of you're apllication letter.
