Part-Time Inventory Specialist — Fashion E-commerce Brand

We're a fast-growing fashion brand selling across multiple international markets. We're looking for someone with real inventory management expertise — not just someone who can check numbers, but someone who understands stock flow, anticipates demand, and thinks ahead. What you'll be doing - Monitor stock levels across all SKUs and variants 2-3x per week on Shopify - Track sales velocity per SKU to forecast reorder points before stockouts happen - Send twice-weekly stock debriefs — status per product, risk flags, reorder recommendations - Build and maintain a live inventory dashboard on Google Sheets - Deliver a full monthly report with sell-through rates, slow movers, and restock priorities - Proactively flag any anomalies — unexpected drops, variant imbalances, overstock risks --- What we're looking for - Proven experience in inventory management for e-commerce brands - Strong understanding of stock forecasting, reorder points, and sell-through analysis - Expert-level Google Sheets — you build dashboards, track trends, spot patterns - Deep familiarity with Shopify inventory (SKUs, variants, locations) - Highly proactive — you identify problems before they're asked about - Experience in fashion or apparel inventory is a strong plus
