Part-Time Lead Prospector (Cold Calling) – Spray Foam & Insulation Industry

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency that specializes in helping spray foam and insulation contractors generate more leads, dominate Google Maps, and grow their businesses. We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) who loves talking to people, isn’t afraid of making outbound calls, and wants to grow with a company long-term. This is NOT a virtual assistant position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys sales conversations, handles rejection well, and is motivated by performance bonuses. What You’ll Do: Your primary responsibility is to book qualified appointments for our sales team. Daily activities include: Call warm & cold leads and follow up with previous prospects. Prospect insulation and spray foam contractors. Send follow-up emails and text messages. Confirm appointments to reduce no-shows. Update our CRM with accurate notes. Report your daily KPIs. Compensation: We believe in rewarding performance. Base Pay $8 USD per hour Performance Bonuses: Bonus for every qualified appointment that attends the meeting. $150 USD bonus for every client you bring in that signs with us. There is no cap on bonuses. If you consistently book quality appointments that become clients, you’ll be well rewarded. Schedule 20 hours per week Approximately 4 hours per day Monday through Friday Must overlap with U.S. business hours What We’re Looking For: Excellent spoken and written English. Previous experience in appointment setting, SDR, cold calling, inside sales, or call center sales. Confidence speaking with business owners. Ability to make 50–75 outbound calls per day. Reliable high-speed internet. Quality headset and quiet workspace. Strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience selling marketing services. Experience working with contractors or home service businesses. Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting. What Success Looks Like: Book 1–3 qualified appointments per day. Maintain a high appointment show rate. Follow our systems and scripts. Take coaching well. Continuously improve. Growth Opportunity: This is a long-term position. As our agency grows, there will be opportunities to move into full-time hours, senior SDR roles, and sales leadership positions. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not someone looking for a short-term freelance gig. Important: We are only hiring individuals. Agency applications will not be considered.
