Part-Time Operations & Fulfillment Assistant

We are looking for a reliable part-time assistant to help with various operational and fulfillment-related activities. This is a long-term opportunity with flexible daily workload. Most tasks can be completed within 1–2 hours per day, although workload may vary. Responsibilities - Support day-to-day fulfillment operations - Assist with order preparation and shipment coordination - Organize and track outgoing orders - Communicate with shipping providers when needed - Assist with sourcing, purchasing, and administrative tasks - Maintain accurate records and status updates - Handle miscellaneous operational projects as assigned Requirements - Strong attention to detail - Reliable and responsive communication - Ability to work independently - Good organizational skills - Comfortable handling recurring daily tasks Nice to Have - Experience with e-commerce operations - Experience with order fulfillment or logistics - Familiarity with shipping platforms and carriers - Experience supporting small business operations Compensation Task-based compensation.
