About Havnly Havnly is a tech platform that connects insurance-displaced families with quality temporary housing. We're building our network of available rental properties nationwide, and we need a sharp, personable caller to help us grow our supply of listings by reaching out to property owners and landlords. What You'll Do You'll have two core responsibilities: Owner/Landlord Outreach — Call property owners and landlords to introduce Havnly and get them signed up to list their properties on our platform. You'll be working from talking points we provide, but you'll need to hold a natural conversation, handle questions and objections, and close the sign-up. Property Sourcing & Verification — Use our internal search tool to find candidate properties, then call to confirm the property is available, gather the details we need, and get it listed on our site. What We're Looking For: Excellent conversational English — you sound natural, warm, and confident on the phone, not scripted Comfortable making outbound calls and talking to property owners and small landlords Available to work during US business hours (please specify which US time zone works best for you) Organized and reliable about logging calls, outcomes, and follow-ups Self-directed — you can work through a list and follow up without heavy supervision Bonus: prior experience in cold calling, sales, real estate, leasing, or appointment setting Details Part-time, with potential to grow as we scale Remote We'll provide scripts, access to our internal search tool, and onboarding To Apply: Please tell us briefly about your outbound calling experience, confirm the US hours you can cover, and — this is important — include a short voice sample (a 30–60 second recording introducing yourself or doing a mock pitch) so we can hear your phone presence.
