Part-Time HR & People Operations Coordinator

We are a growing SEO and AI marketing agency looking for a highly organized Part-Time HR & People Operations Coordinator to help manage our remote team. This role is focused on keeping our people operations organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities: -Maintain employee records and contact information -Coordinate onboarding and offboarding -Track employee performance reviews and appraisal schedules -Monitor PTO, anniversaries, and employment milestones -Maintain HR documentation and company policies -Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and new hire coordination -Ensure contracts, NDAs, and other HR documents are up to date -Prepare simple monthly HR reports for leadership Requirements: -Previous HR or People Operations experience -Excellent organizational and communication skills -Strong attention to detail -Experience working with remote teams -Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools (ClickUp experience is a plus) -Strong written and spoken English We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, keeping things organized, and helping a growing remote company scale effectively. This is a long-term, part-time contract position with opportunities to grow as the company expands.
