Summary

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO with personal tasks. This is a part-time remote role for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and has a positive, can-do attitude. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST Part-time (6 hours per week) Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar and appointments Coordinate meetings and schedule changes Handle personal errands and administrative tasks remotely Send reminders and keep priorities organized Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality What We're Looking For Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal English communication Detail-oriented and able to multitask Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Calendar, email, and productivity tools Highly reliable and responsive Most Importantly: We're looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude. We need a person who is resourceful, dependable, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
