Part-Time Pipeline & Follow-Up Coordinator Remote (US-based) | 10 hrs/week — 2 hrs/day, Mon–Fri | Long-term $18–25/hour + performance bonuses on advisory bookings (details below) About us Purpose Driven is a Houston-based, minority- and woman-led affordable housing company. We partner with churches and nonprofits to turn underused land into attainable homes for teachers, nurses, and first responders — the congregation keeps its land through a 99-year ground lease, and the community carries their name. Our first project, five for-sale townhomes with a historic Houston congregation, is in development now. Our research and drafting are handled by an AI-agent pipeline that runs every morning. What we need is the human it's missing: the person who makes sure things actually go through. What you'll do (your whole job, honestly) Every morning you'll receive a briefing listing exactly what needs to move. You will: Send pre-written, founder-approved emails to funders, lenders, churches, and nonprofit partners (you don't write from scratch — you personalize, send, and track) Make friendly follow-up phone calls — church offices, program officers, loan officers: "Did our note reach Pastor? Can we get 20 minutes on the calendar?" Book confirmed meetings directly onto the founder's calendar Keep our CRM (Go High Level) and Airtable pipeline current — every contact, every reply, every next step logged same-day Chase every open item until it's booked, answered, or dead Confirm registrations and reminders for our monthly church workshops You are NOT doing: cold script-writing, social media, design, or closing deals. The founder closes. You make sure nothing sits. Hours 2 hours per day, Monday–Friday, ideally 9:00–11:00 AM Central (church offices and lenders answer in the morning). Consistency matters more than total hours. You're a fit if You are genuinely comfortable on the phone — warm, unhurried, professional. Experience talking with church offices, ministries, or nonprofits is a major plus. You follow through relentlessly and keep clean records without being reminded You've used a CRM before (Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar), or learn tools fast US-based, fluent English, reliable morning availability Bonus: administrative experience in a church, ministry, nonprofit, real estate, or lending office Compensation Base: $22–25/hour depending on experience, paid weekly Advisory booking bonuses (our consulting services for churches and nonprofits): $75 for each paid Land & Legacy Session ($750 service) you booked that completes 10% of collected fees on each Land Readiness Study you booked ($250–$500 per study) $100 for each monthly workshop you fill to target (10+ registered, 6+ attending) Realistic year one: a reliable coordinator booking 2–3 advisory engagements a month adds $500–$1,200/month in bonuses on top of base. Note: bonuses apply to our advisory and consulting services only. Work related to our investment fund is compensated hourly — we do not pay commissions or success fees on fundraising activity, as a matter of securities compliance. (We'll explain in onboarding; it protects you as much as us.)
