We are seeking a proactive Guest Outreach & Booking Manager to help identify, secure, and coordinate exceptional podcast guests. Responsibilities • Research and recommend potential guests aligned with the Queen B brand • Build and manage a guest pipeline • Develop "dream guest" target lists • Write personalized outreach emails • Contact publicists, agents, assistants, publishers, and brands • Follow up consistently with prospective guests • Schedule guest appearances • Coordinate calendars and booking logistics • Collect guest bios, headshots, and relevant materials • Maintain a guest database and outreach tracker • Assist with episode planning by recommending guests for specific themes Ideal Candidate • Experience booking podcast guests • Excellent written communication skills • Experience with PR, publicity, media relations, or talent outreach • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Professional and polished communication style • Ability to work independently • Strong relationship-building skills Bonus Experience • Women's empowerment brands • Personal development podcasts • Authors and publishers • TEDx speakers • Entrepreneurs and founders • Television personalities • Luxury brands and high-net-worth audiences Examples of Desired Guests • Bestselling authors • Female founders • CEOs • Investors • Media personalities • Wellness experts • Women who have successfully reinvented themselves after major life challenges To Apply Please provide: 1.
