Part-Time HR Recruiter for Salesforce Hiring – India Only

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Recruiter to help us close a few open positions in Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT/Salesforce recruitment and be capable of managing the complete hiring cycle from sourcing and screening to candidate coordination and successful closure. Responsibilities: Source qualified Salesforce professionals based on our job requirements. Screen candidates for relevant technical experience, communication skills, availability, and expectations. Conduct initial conversations with experienced candidates professionally and confidently. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Manage the recruitment process until successful joining/closure. Proactively identify candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels. Maintain regular updates on the recruitment pipeline. Requirements: Previous experience recruiting for Salesforce roles such as Developers, Administrators, Consultants, Architects, or similar positions. Strong experience sourcing experienced IT professionals. Must have an active personal LinkedIn account and be comfortable using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing. Good communication and candidate-engagement skills. Ability to independently manage candidates from sourcing through closure. Understanding of the Indian IT hiring market. Candidates must be able to recruit within India only. Engagement: This is a part-time/flexible engagement focused on closing a limited number of current Salesforce openings. For confident recruiters with a strong sourcing network and proven ability to close positions, we are also open to discussing a closure-based incentive model in addition to the agreed compensation.
